Holding a bachelor’s degree in Psychology—with concentrations in Health Psychology, Behavioral Psychology, and Counseling Psychology—Bianca brings both academic expertise and a genuine passion for supporting others. She has always been drawn to working with the mental health population and takes a resident-centered approach in her role, ensuring each individual receives compassionate, personalized care and access to meaningful resources. As a Case Manager, Bianca is committed to fostering a supportive, empowering environment for those she serves.
In addition to her primary role, Bianca also serves as a Certified Wellbeing Ambassador, championing mental, emotional, and physical wellness across all aspects of care. She believes in holistic support and is dedicated to helping individuals improve their quality of life and achieve long-term wellness.Outside of work, Bianca enjoys spending time in nature and with her beloved cats—two of her favorite ways to recharge and stay grounded.
