Robert Knight brings more than 20 years of diverse experience to his role as Operations Manager and Staff Supervisor at Premier Wellness of South Florida. With a B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Robert combines a strong academic foundation with a deep passion for resident care and team leadership.

Over the past three years, Robert has focused his work in the mental health field, earning several certifications that enhance his ability to support both residents and staff. His leadership style is rooted in compassion, motivation, and a commitment to creating a positive, supportive environment.

Outside of work, Robert is actively involved in several mental health and substance abuse organizations through volunteer efforts. A devoted dog lover, he’s currently preparing to welcome a new rescue pup into his home. On weekends, he enjoys quality time with his and his partner’s families, and especially treasures time spent with his newborn niece, Victoria.
